Nutrition

Nutrition is a vital part of a person’s overall health and well-being. You are what you eat from your head to your feet. If you eat poorly then your body will function poorly. If you eat well your body will function well. Many disease processes today are directly linked to diet.

The nutrition in a normal American diet today falls well short of supplying people with the nutrients they need to stay healthy. Thus, we have become a society that supplements prescription and over-the-counter medications for symptomatic relief of our deficiencies.  It is my clinical opinion that the majority of people need extra nutritional support to maximize their health and healing power.  Even if your diet is great, today’s vegetables and fruits don’t have the nutrition in them they had 50 years ago and leave us short of vital nutrients.

Many people today are taking supplements, unfortunately, the ones they are taking fall short of supplying absorbable nutrients as well.  This is due to the majority of commercial retail vitamins being synthetic man-made pieces of vitamins and not the whole complex found in nature.  An example would be Vitamin C.  This is normally sold as ascorbic acid in most retail vitamin stores.  Vitamin C found in nature is a complex of ascorbic acid, bioflavonoids, selenium, Vitamin P and K co-factors and enzymes bound together synergistically.  Because of this we only recommend high-quality whole-food supplements.

These whole food supplements are 100% bio-available for absorption.  Meaning your body should absorb all of our supplements compared to the 8-12% absorption rates of most retail brands.  Your body needs vital nutrients to heal and function optimally.  It is our desire to make sure you’re getting those nutrients into the cells themselves.
